The Audit and Inspections Division reviews the departments, programs, functions, providers, contractors and processes within the HHS System to verify policies, rules and laws are followed when delivering services to clients. the division may also review submitted claims and documetation to determine if billing errors or potential Fraud, waste or abuse occured.
